Sound Medicine Hike - The Ada Tree

Experience the beautiful fusion of Ecotherapy & Sound; guided hiking, forest bathing & meditations, and a sound healing amongst the trees in the lush rainforest of the Yarra Ranges. We'll be walking through myrtle beech trees and cascading ferns to Victoria's oldest tree.

During a Sound Medicine Hike, you will receive a sound healing along the trail, be guided on how to forest bathe, listen to the trees sing with plant music, and be encouraged to connect with the nature around you.

Your facilitator, Catherine Marty (Dare to Change Therapies) is a trauma therapist, counsellor, sound healer, ecotherapist, and a Parks Victoria licenced tour operator, and is passionate about using her experience as a facilitator and hiker to share her love of connecting to nature and healing.

HIKE GRADE: Easy - 3km along well formed tracks with some small inclines.
You'll need to bring: trainers, comfortable clothing for walking, yoga mat to lie down on for the sound healing.
